Miracle Blanket Review

When our daughter was born, the nurses in the room swaddled her in blankets. Coming home, we also swaddled our daughter. As it simulated her being in the womb, it helped her to be calm and to sleep.

At some point, our daughter began to grow out of the receiving blankets we were using. So, we eased up on swaddling. While we didn’t completely stop, I could tell it was losing its effect on her.

A few days before our daughter turned five months old, she started cutting teeth. Every Mom out there knows how painful teeth coming in for an infant are. She was restless, I was restless, no one was happy.

Around the same time, I won a giveaway for a Miracle Blanket at http://shopannies.blogspot.com/ It was promptly send out by the wonderful people at Miracle Blanket. Knowing the magic of swaddling I washed it right away and put it to use.

The packing on the product states that it is best used between birth and fourteen weeks. Like I said, my daughter was about five months at this point, so even though I had high hopes, I was expecting the blanket not to fit her well.

It did! The blanket fits my daughter very well, with a little extra room to spare, even! Plus it was very easy to put on my daughter. There are instructions on the back of the package, and you can also see an instruction video on their website.

But that’s not all. Not only did it fit her, but within minutes of being swaddled, she calmed down. The previous night, with no Miracle Blanket, my daughter would only be asleep a few hours at a time, but the first night of using the blanket, she slept around 7 hours straight. She went to sleep before I even had to give her any medicines for teething!

Needless to say (but I’ll say it anyway), I am very impressed. This product was above and beyond how it was advertised, and definitely blew my expectations away.

After three washes, it has held up wonderfully. So really, I have nothing negative to say about it.

So for all the new Moms, soon to be Moms, and even Moms of teething babies, I recommend the Miracle Blanket to you, it will be one of the best investments for your child!
