A little bit about Blogher-
Building on the momentum of five consecutive sold-out annual conferences, BlogHer '10 will bring bloggers from every corner of the blogosphere together for hands-on learning, rich discussions, opportunities to meet with the brands that support them and plentiful networking opportunities. BlogHer ’10 will take place on August 6 & 7, bringing over one thousand attendees together to celebrate 2010.”
One of the number one reasons we all attend BlogHer every year, whether coming for the first time or as an old-timer, is to meet our online community. So after five years we think it's a great time to celebrate the fact that our blogging, whether personal, professional or political, has brought us work, friends, satisfaction and is most definitely a significant part of our real life!
I've broken down the cost of attending Blogher into three areas- the ticket to the conference (covers both days) which is $198.00 plus fees. Lodging, which is $750.00 (3 nights at $199/night plus tax(if I am able to split a room, it will cut the cost!)). And travel and miscellaneous, which I'm estimating at $200.00 (I will be driving). That brings the total cost to about $1150.00 (Pending being able to split the costs with a friend, the total cost would become about $750)
In exchange for sponsorship (or partial sponsorship) I would wear your products, pass out your business cards or product, blog, tweet, add your button to my blog in a premium advertising area (length depends on sponsor amount), and talk about your company to anyone who will listen :) I'm willing to go to some pretty extreme lengths to represent your company! Any amount or products that could be used during Blogher or the travel there, would be greatly appreciated.
