Meet Becky, the owner of Owly Baby!

I'm a Minnesota native who loves to run and be crafty. I'm also a new mom who has become obsessed with sewing items for my darling little girl, Lucy. I've been sewing since I was young (thanks, Mom) and have been encouraged by my family and friends to start selling my handmade items. Trying to name my shop, I used a family word. I'm sure your family has these words too...a word you've unknowingly made up and created a meaning for. While talking to my husband, Mr. Owly, I learned that OWLY isn't a real word! (GASP!) I typed it into dictionary.com ... and ... nothing! Growing up, my mother and grandmother used it to describe someone who was grouchy or grumpy. This imaginary adjective still holds meaning for my family, and hopefully (now) your family too!

Becky from Owly Baby was super enough to send me this adorable pillowcase dress for my Lovebug! I love all things girly and dressy, so I was super excited to try it on her!

Even though the dress is adjustable, it was a little big on her at first. It fits her perfectly now though, and I think it will fit for a long time! The dress is absolutely adorable, and would even be cute with leggings or jeans once the Lovebug gets a little older!
The dress is very well made and has held up wash after wash! It still looks fabulous!

Check out this gorgeous stroller blanket! I bet my lovebug would love playing with it and studying the patterns. Owly Baby has so many "got to have it products" and they offer many other different things, like bibs and burp cloths. They also sell swaddling blankets, stroller blankets, and more! And if you want to know how to make some of their products, you can even purchase the sewing patterns. Pretty neat, huh?
