Aloha Friday #20

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

What was you favorite toy that you got for the holidays growing up?

Mine had to be a kitchen that I received when I was about 4 or 5. I loved it so much, and played with it for years :) I am so excited to give our Lovebug one, too!

Head over to An Island Life for more Aloha Friday!!

That's a hard one! I would have to say my Barbie Dream House. It was awesome! :)

maybe it was a cabbage patch doll...still in th eattic. HAHA It's probably because I never expected one (too popular and hard to find) and didn't ask. Mom and Dad just found it sitting in a store one day and scooped it up.

We didn't get toys when I was growing up. Some kind person who travelled from overseas would give us a little package of toothbrush, panty, pencil and something else.

That's our orphanage.

There are a bunch that stand out in my mind: Barbie Town House, Cabbage Patch Kid, Care Bears (poseable figures), Lite Brite and my kitchen play set.

GI Joe and Transformers. And I am talking about the old school toys not the new revamped ones. LOL.

Happy Friday!
