I love cloth diapers so that is always a good giveaway.. also cool products like the munchie mug, baby dipper, Days ago, and so on. I know you have a girl, but boy friendly products too. Lots out there for girls, not as much for boys.
What about some on-going games/contests? Coffee hasn't kicked in yet, so not sure how it would work. LOL
Maybe a second chance giveaway. Like after drawing a winner for each giveaway, pick a runner-up (or 2/3). And then draw from those names after a certain time period to win a little something.

I will second the cloth diaper request. I am always looking to add to my kids' stash and find new types of diapers.
Also, I love handmade items... anything from baby/kid clothes, rag dolls, children's knit hats etc. Everything is good.

I think I loved the ornament exchange a lot, and that sort of thing in the future would be great. Not sure how to make relevant at other times of year though.
I love cloth diaper ones(since my miracle diapers are going back we will be short 12 diapers...need to start winning diapers so we aren't washing every day or more).

oh just thought of another, maybe a mother's day/fathers day exchange. Its always nice to be thought of on those days (even if family forgets lol)
It's cold here what about some longies!!! Or some leggings!! You could do a recipe contest for new year party ideas or something?
