AppleCheeks was one of our first pocket diapers. I had heard great things about them and luckily won it through another blog! Recently, AppleCheeks was kind enough to send me another one of their diapers! This one, unlike the first, had a bamboo insert (instead of hemp). They also sent along a Fleece Topped Booster and a size 1 Storage Sac.

AppleCheeks is so easy to use! The insert is quickly folded and thanks to the large opening on the cover, is easily placed in and ready to go! There is no unstuffing required either. Just throw it in the wash, it comes out on its own! Nice, huh?

AppleCheeks comes in two sizes (1+2) that will fit your child from about 7 to 20 pounds and 18 to 40 pounds. We've only tried the size 2, but any babies we have later will be in AppleCheeks from their tiny days!

The only thing I don't like is that tabs don't cross over if you happen to have a skinnier than average baby (we do). Even though we don't need to cross them anymore, there was a time when the smallest setting was just a bit too big, but the rest of the diaper fit fine.

If your child happens to be a little bit chunkier, AppleCheeks also has Waist Extenders! These extenders are sold in sets of two and add up to two more inches on the AppleCheeks covers!

Like I mentioned, I also got to try out a Booster and Storage Sac! We've used the Fleece Topped Booster at night, with no leaks, and Lovebug wakes up feeling dry! We've been battling a rash lately, so I feel so much better knowing there is little to no moisture on her all night.

I've also learned that you can never have too many wet bags, and the Storage Sac from AppleCheeks is great! I'd prefer to see it with a zipper closure instead of a string, but it works great for quick outings.
