Hygeia Enjoye Pump Review!

Recently, Hygeia was kind enough to send me their Enjoye Pump, a professional-grade pump, to review. Lovebug is almost 16 months. And honestly? We are on our way out with breastfeeding. Due to some health issues requiring surgery in the next few weeks, and medication I'll be put on after- Lovebug will need weaned. Unless things workout for the best.

However, I have been trying to pump to store up some breastmilk for Lovebug for when she weans. Hopefully it will ease the transition. Prior to using the Hygeia Enjoye Pump, I had a crappy manual pump. It took forever to pump just an ounce. Not to mention the hand cramp I got from it afterward.

When the Enjoye Pump arrived, I ripped into the package right away. I couldn't wait to see this thing. Everything was packaged very nicely. The Enjoye has it's own carrying case and came with everything you see above. It's everything that a pumping Mom needs!

I sterilized all of the pieces right away. As soon as everything was clean, I sat down with the double pump, and turned the Enjoye on. There are a few different adjustments on the Enjoye. I was able to adjust it slowly until it matched my daughter's sucking pattern. In no time at all, I was able to get a couple ounces out of each breast. That is more than I can say for the manual!

Yes, the price is pretty steep. But this is a quality pump that will no doubt last through multiple children. And when you're done using it? Feel free to sell it! Hygeia Enjoye is approved for multi-user use.

In the time that I've been using the Enjoye Pump from Hygeia, I've loved it. Pumping is no longer a chore. Sure, I have to sit down and I'm stuck on the couch for 15 minutes. But for a mom going and going all day, that 15 minutes is a welcome break. Not only does Hygeia offer a great pump, but they are giving me that much needed moment to myself.
