Skoy Cloth Review and Giveaway!

"Our story is quite simple. We had a desire to share a cloth that is better than any cloth we have ever used and was environmentally friendly. We started to do a little research and were shocked to see how people were cleaning their kitchens. We were even more shocked to find out how many tons of paper towels were being used annually (2.5 million tons) and filling up our landfills.
We are two stay-at-home moms living in Encinitas, California. Our children have begun Elementary school and we have a little extra time. We decided that this would be the perfect time to start our business.
We have been working and researching for almost a year on our product. We have such passion for this cloth because we believe that it is the best thing out there.
‘The idea originated when Michelle was living in Europe in the late 90’s. She discovered a product that was similar to the SKOY cloth and it was just amazing. Over time she found the cloth to be indispensible. When she moved back to the US, she realized that the use of a sponge was inadequate and the excessive use of paper towels, wasteful. Michelle searched and searched for a similar cloth and nothing even compared; nothing was of the same caliber. This is when Michelle introduced the cloth to Karen. She immediately fell in love with it and could not imagine cleaning with anything else.’
We then put our heads together and discussed a way to bring this product to the US with the requirement that it meet our high standard. Now we are so excited to be able to offer the SKOY cloth to you—which is everything that we had hoped it would be."

I hate paper towels. I really do. This hasn't always been the case though. Even though our family only went through about one roll a month, I loved having them on hand. Once I was able to see the waste we were creating, as well as the wonderful cloth alternatives, I changed my tune.

What I don't like about most other cloth napkins and towels is the fuzz and lint they can sometimes leave behind. This is especially frustrating when I'm cleaning glass.

Skoy offered to send me and pack of their cloths, and they very quickly became my favorite cleaning cloths! It starts out hard, but run a little water on it, and it softens up and you can use it on whatever! Like I mentioned, glass is something I'm quite picky on. I get the cloth a little damp. Spray the glass with my cleaner, and wipe with the cloth. No lint, no extras, just clean.

I received the pack of Skoy Cloths two months ago, even after daily use they are still holding up just fine! Once they get dirty I just throw them in the wash with our other towels and let them air dry. I have a feeling we'll be using them for awhile

They come in some really cute designs and colors too! Check out their Online Shopping! You can even set it up to have Skoy cloths delivered periodically to your home! While these aren't the cheapest cloths, almost $7 for a four pack, they're definitely worth it!

Skoy has generously offered to give TWO Moma Lovebug readers a pack of Skoy Cloths!
