You need to figure out a schedule that works form both of you and it will take a few days of &amp;quot;tough love&amp;quot; I would also suggest doing it gradual, an hour earlier each night until you have the schedule you want.  I would also suggest starting with naps.  IF she goes to bed at 5am and you want her up at 7am then wake her up at 7am and keep her up.  then lay her down at her first nap and 2-3 hours later up again and so on... I hope that helps! I have an almost ...</title><content type='html'>I agree with Brooke and Meliisa. I have an almost four month old who gets two naps a day (11 and 3) and goes to bed at 7. (Sleeps 12 hours solid). Most nights he starts to whine around 6:30 until he gets a bath and starts his bedtime routine. (Bath, PJs, Bottle, Book, Bed.) It was hard at first as he would scream and scream, but now he&amp;#39;s just used to it. I also always make sure he has a full belly before sleep, as it allows him to sleep longer.
